About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Emergency Callout Engineer to join our team. This is a critical, front-line role requiring fast response to urgent maintenance and repair issues across commercial sites. You’ll be part of a dedicated team providing 24/7 emergency coverage, ensuring essential services and systems are restored quickly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency callouts and attend to faults or breakdowns.

• Diagnose and repair faults on-site in an efficient and professional manner.

• Carry out temporary or permanent repairs to resolve urgent issues.

• Liaise with the operations team to prioritise callouts based on urgency and impact.

• Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used.

• Provide clear updates and reports to clients and internal teams.

• Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar field engineering or emergency maintenance role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.

• Excellent technical knowledge.

• Valid driving licence.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Good communication skills and a professional attitude.

Desirable:

• Relevant qualifications or certifications.

• Experience with digital job tracking systems or mobile workforce tools.

• First Aid and Health & Safety training.
