Due to the failure of a main overhead extractor fan in a commercial kitchen, we needed a prompt repair/replacement.
The Commercial Kitchen Breakdown team answered a call from our tenant and sent someone out on the same day to assess the problem.
It was identified that the fan needed replacing and on our agreement they sent a driver to collect a new unit and the team fitted the replacement fan the following day.
Their prompt response was beyond our initial expectation and the repair was completed checked and back up and running within a matter of hours (not days)..
I have identified the cost as reasonable but only because it reflects the emergency call out and the urgency for us to have the repair done. Therefore this rating is solely based on the cost of managing this requirement.
Our overall experience of using Commercial Kitchen Breakdown has been exceptional, they certainly gave us a 5 Star service.

I was really panicking because my commercial display fridge was running so high after being closed for a couple of weeks and no one in our town were operating anymore. A quick search turned up these guys only took one phone call and they came after the weekend, were prompt, very polite and professional and got the fridge cleaned and re gassed.
