Yes, the labour charge for the repair is guaranteed to cover the initial fault for 90 days from the date the part(s) are fitted or the service call is completed. Additionally, some parts may come with a 1-year warranty.
The guarantee will be void if the fault is caused by blockages or if the appliance was not installed according to the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations. This includes repairs needed due to operator error, misuse, or negligence. If any parts fitted fail because of misuse, neglect, or improper use, or if the failure is caused by another faulty part, the guarantee will not apply. If the engineer finds no fault under the guarantee and the appliance is functioning normally, the guarantee will also be void. In all such cases, a charge of £70.00 + VAT will apply for fixed-price calls, or you will be responsible for the full labour charge for labour-only bookings.
Yes. We can repair a wide range of gas appliances including cookers, ovens and hobs. If you have a gas fuelled domestic appliance that needs repairing you can rest assured all our gas appliance engineers are highly trained and certified to Gas Safe Standards. Availability of these engineers are limited depending on your area but this will be confirmed after your call is booked.
Depending on demand and time of year we can arrange for our service engineer to visit you the same day or the following day.
